It's also encouraged to brush not only the surfaces of your teeth but also the inner areas of your teeth. Your tongue also causes bad breath if not effectively cleaned, so it is important to clean your tongue too through brushing.
Mouth rinse can ensure additional the hygiene of your whole mouth. You can reduce the plaque and bacteria activity in your mouth through gargling mouth wash with anti-microbial ingredients. Oral cavaties can also be reduced with fluoride mouth rinses. However, it is important to speak to your dentist first prior to trying new oral solutions. Not all are appropriate to use fluoride mouth rinse. For instance, fluoride rinses are not recommended for six year-old children and below because they have the tendency to consume them.
